UltraEtch EA 2000 Etch produces a fine etch finish on aluminium substrates. It is generally used as a long life etch and can be used as a pre-treatment prior to anodising, chromate conversion coatings, vitreous enamelling or painting Alutech EA 2000 Etch incorporates a sequestering system which prevents the conversion of sodium aluminate to insoluble aluminium oxide, thus eliminating “rock hydrate” deposits associated with aluminium etching.
